Quite possibly my favorite salon in Buffalo, Oak & Iron has the vibe I have been wanting in a salon. It is clean, modern, edgy, and does it all, form haircuts, tattoos, to nails. I have been looking for my 'regular' spot, and I have found it. I love coming here, the pricing is reasonable for the location and quality, and I feel like I am in good hands. No more wondering how my super short hair is going to be butchered at the chain-salons, where every time I always emerge different, and not in a good way. Here, I know I will look amazing when I am walking out the door. I am never, ever pressured to buy products, which is why I occasionally do! I find being left to ask is always nicer, so when I ran out of conditioner, I asked for a recommendation. The music is always on point, the customers and staff are always happy, chatting, and enjoying life. I adore this place! It is truly a gender neutral, everyone welcome salon, for the whole city.

Oak & Iron staff are so nice. They greet you with a smile and you don’t wait long for your stylist or artist. It’s a pleasure to go there. They are like a family and make you feel the same. Love that!!!!

I got a tattoo from Krista and from the first email I knew I made the right choice. She is so comforting and supportive the whole session which was especially appreciated because it was my first tattoo. She explained everything that was going to happen and kept checking to make sure I was good and frequently asked if I needed a break. There were no surprises or concerns. And I left with a tattoo that was better than I imagined. Aside from Kristas excellent work the atmosphere of Oak and Iron was phenomenal. Everyone was kind, happy, and inclusive!! 1000/10 strongly recommend!

I cannot stop recommending Oak & Iron to everyone I meet. I have been tattooed for over a year by Krista and recently got my hair REHABILITATED (is the best word) by Enzo, both my tattoos and my hair were done to perfection so much so that I will not be going anywhere else. If I could give 10/5 stars I would.

First time here - took my daughter for a cut and style. Everything from the ease of making the appointment online to the appointment itself, payment, and scheduling future appointments was fantastic! The staff is outstanding and inviting. Everything felt so welcoming. My teen was so happy with the experience and the cut. Thank you Oak & Iron!
