With over 14 years of experience in all things hair & makeup, she has grown her craft from Buffalo to Los Angeles and back. Ashley is a Redken Certified colorist, Master Certified Bellami Extension Specialist, and a Makeup Designory Certified MUA.
Jacinda has been in the beauty industry for 10 years and with Oak & Iron for 4 years. She is heavily versed in balayage, blonding, and corrective coloring. Jacinda is a Certified Bellami Extension Specialist offering Micro links, K-tips & Tape-Ins.
Krista Reid has been tattooing for 15 years, taking a small break in between to earn degrees in psychology and neuroscience. Krista has tattooed a range of subject matters and styles but now focuses primarily on color realism and illustrative pieces
With 20 years of experience, Patti is a Master Hair Stylist and Educator. She is Bellami Extension certified.
Jeff has been tattooing for 5 years. He utilizes over 20 years of drawing experience to fuel his passion for creating custom pieces for his clients. Jeff can tattoo in a variety of styles but predominantly black and grey.
Bella specializes in color correction and vivid colors, bridal as well as tooth gems. She has an education and background through Empire Beauty as well as being Wella, Oribe and Tooth Kandy certified.
Enzo specializes in short and barbered haircuts. He has an educational background from The Salon Professional Academy. Enzo is certified in Babe Tape-In Extensions. In his spare time he loves to indulge in horror movies.

Julia has over 12 years experience in the art of hair. Specializing in haircutting and fantasy colors. She has an educational background through Leon Studio One. Julia admits that she has never seen a Star Wars movie.
Taylor is a WNY local born and raised with 7 years experience behind the chair. Taylor specializes in all things hair color. Lived in color, balayage, blonding and vivids make her heart happy.
With 4 years of experience, Adriana is primarily a black and grey tattoo artist, interested in floral work, animal portraits, and anything dark and creepy. Outside of work she likes to boulder, play video games, and paint!
Kaylee specializes in creative color as well as in vintage and pin up styles. She first started her career in hair at BOCES. Kaylee is certified with Babe Tape-In Extensions. In her spare time Kaylee enjoys antique shopping!
Melissa has been a nail tech for over 5 years and taught Nail Speciality for a year. Melissa offers classic or gel manicure and pedicures. Including gel extensions and creative sessions!

Tessa specializes in highlighting and blending. She has an education and background through Continental School of Beauty of Rochester, NY.  In their spare time they enjoy performing Circus Arts at The Birds Nest.
Tori has over 2 years experience behind the chair and specializes in blonding and vivid colors. She graduated from Leons School Of Beauty. Tori loves to travel around the country in her spare time.
Olivia has been a hairstylist since 2016, specializing in lived-in colors and custom colors. Making the integrity of your hair a priority is always her focus. She strives to stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the industry.
Erin has over one year of experience as a junior stylist. She loves doing blondes, vivid colors and anything to bring out her and her clients creative side.

Jae recently graduated from The Salon Professional Academy. Jae is currently working through our salon assistant program with her main focus being nails. She has a bachelor's degree in music industry and loves going to concerts in her free time.
Bri has been with us since Oak & Iron was just a pipe dream in Ashleys head. You’ll often find them at the front desk, or running around doing 5 things at once. They are your go to person for all things tattoo, salon, or bridal related.Â
