Rachel has been tattooing for 1 year. She has an associates degree in fine arts and has been drawing/painting for over 10 years. Rachel has been focusing on black and grey ornamental pieces so far but is looking to expand into full color pieces. Rachel says tattoos with rainbow color pallets make life happier.
